Kairos Circle is a monthly membership. If you follow the Circle process during your first seven days and it is not working for you, you can request a refund for your first month.
How to request it: Contact Kairos within your first seven days. The contact channel will be shared before membership opens and again during onboarding.

How does membership work?
Kairos Circle is a monthly membership. Full membership and payment details will be shared before the first cohort opens.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation instructions will be provided before payment and again during onboarding.
How do I join the Telegram group?
Members receive the private Circle Telegram link during onboarding. It is not published on the public website.
What if I miss a day?
Return to the process the next day. The aim is to build consistency, not to perform a perfect streak.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. Kairos Circle is coaching and accountability for academics, career and life balance. It does not replace therapy, counselling or medical care.
Do I need the planners already?
No. The Inside Class and Outside Class Student Buddy planners are included with Kairos Circle.
What time commitment is required?
You will make a short morning plan and evening review, protect an academic block and a career block, and attend the weekly group call.
When does the next cohort start?
The next cohort date will be published here as soon as it is confirmed.
